Our story

Dough With The Flow started with one stubborn idea: a donut should be soft enough to tear with your fingers and glazed the same day you eat it. We proof our dough slowly, fry in small batches and finish each tray by hand.

The F-11 Markaz shop is our neighbourhood counter — a short queue, a display case that empties and refills all evening, and a drive-through for the late crowd heading home.

Alongside the donuts we bake croissants and danishes each morning and pull espresso for the people who need something to balance the sugar. Everything is made here, nothing is frozen in.
